Wes is a native Texan, proudly born and raised in College Station or “Aggieland” for those that drink the Kool-Aid. He answered the call to full-time ministry in the fall of 2011 and served as Worship and Youth Pastor at 5 different churches across Texas and Colorado. Wes studied for two years at Blinn College and received a bachelor's degree from Lamar University in 2014.
In 2016, Wes and his family moved to San Antonio where he, his wife and three kids have planted deep roots and increasingly fall in love with the city each year. At the end of 2024, Wes stepped out of full-time ministry to pursue a career in wealth management. He now uses his pastoral background to build deep relationships with clients who entrust him with their financial well-being.
Wes volunteers with First Tee San Antonio and OnRamp SATX, a non-profit that provides vehicles to those in need. He still leads worship part-time at his local church, writes and produces music, enjoys all things outdoors, and suffers from battered Aggie syndrome each fall during Aggie football season.
